An update from TQ: Welcome back for Term 6!
We hope all families had a good break and are ready for the final half-term. There are many events ahead, including end-of-year assessments and enrichment opportunities.
As the weather warms up, please ensure students bring a water bottle each day. We do not provide disposable cups, and all students have been issued an OATQ bottle.
While all indoor spaces are air-conditioned, the site can become very hot. Please plan accordingly for the term ahead with sun cream, non-branded hats and water bottles!
Yes, during this week's heatwave we were able to cook an egg on site.

If you're thinking about applying for a September 2027 school place at Oasis Academy Temple Quarter, please come and see our academy this July. We will host another opportunity to see our school via an Open Evening in the Autumn too (date tbc).
Your child should never attend our Spring Street site as the Silverthorne Lane site is due to be completed before they join us, however, this is a great opportunity to see our school in action.
Guidance:
- Please book 1 ticket per attendee
- If you are the family of a Year 6 child, please contact the academy, do not book a ticket for this event
- If you are seeking an in-year transfer, we currently have waiting lists in all year groups. You can join these via our website and we will update you when a place becomes available if your child is top of the waiting list (based on the oversubscription criteria in our admissions arrangements)
