✅😊𝐙𝐨𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐬𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐢𝐠 𝐝𝐚𝐲👰‍♀️

When Zoe first came to me she had always struggled to lose fat and achieve the body she wanted⁣.
⁣⁣
She was doing classes but knew the sessions were not tailored for her and she needed that.

She also would over restrict herself and then find she would end up bingeing on the very thing she was restricting herself of.⁣
⁣
She would always compare herself and her results to other peoples.

She had just booked her dream wedding and now the body she dreamed of for the big day.
⁣
So she came to me and also with her husband, James and we got down to business.
⁣⁣
She knew it was time to change things when she came back from her friends wedding and hated how she looked in some of the photos🤦🏻‍♂️

The #1 thing was her her double chin and arms. She needed to change now.

She had a lot of common things that so many people allow them stop them achieving their goals😤⁣

The things holding her back was

- Eating habits
- Not knowing what to do in the gym
- Having someone in there corner
- Having the right mindset

We focused on 3 things to bust through her plateau:⁣⁣
⁣⁣
👉🏻Balancing her diet and incorporated the food she loved STOPPING the binge cycle⁣
⁣⁣
👉🏻Gave her a plan and weekly goals to achieve so she could focus on bettering herself and not comparing herself to others⁣

👉🏻Created a positive mindset to achieve a positive result⁣
⁣⁣
We created these amazing result, giving her more CONFIDENCE, KNOWLEDGE, FOCUS, STRUCTURE and all the tools and habits necessary to continue to progress🔥 ⁣

Most of all

She looked beautiful on her wedding day & also lost 24lbs👰🔥

She got the body she wanted for her big day and in her words

“I lost my double chin”

She's now super happy and knows what to do to achieve her own success⁣

BUT that’s nothing if you don't have a strong, disciplined mind.. ⠀

So many of you throw all of your faith in a program "trusting the process"⠀
Without even knowing what that means.⠀

Trusting the process only comes after your mind is geared in and executing all that needs to be done on a CONSISTENT BASIS. ✔⠀

You need to develop good mindset

So that means you need to work on your "reason why", working on your consistency, or on your focus

Why should you track your food?🤷🏻‍♂️

👉🏻Find you just don’t think about what your eating and end up putting on weight?

And think why have I put weight on when I’m eating healthy?😡

End up over eating and regretting what you add though the day and sick and bloated at night??

📝 So you Start tracking for a few days then give up because your too busy??

just playing the guessing game thinking your eating the right things🤷🏻‍♂️

Do you know how much is in food??

👉🏻Studies 70% of people that track food lose weight.✅

👉🏻By tracking your food you can see what your eating and how much more you can have😀

👉🏻If you want to have something and you have used your calories up you know know can’t have it

Where if you wasn’t tracking you would if had it and been over your daily amount and putting weight on🙈

👉🏻you have more chance of not having junk food because you know you have to write it down so you end up not having it.

This is a great tool to stop you having the food don’t need.

Which will help you shift that weight been meaning to burn off🔥

When ever I track my food I always strip off the FAT and WEIGHT.

Feeling happy and more positive because you can now see results from tracking food

On my advice you would suggest using MyFitnessPal.

In my opinion the best app out there by far and FREE so download it and start tracking your food.

If you want to be successful at anything especially FAT LOSS surrounding yourself with the right people is so important⁣

Because if you are trying to lose weight but the people that are closest to you and people you spend a lot of of time with are always

👉🏻Going out drinking & asking you to go
👉🏻Eating junk food
👉🏻Not worried about their own health and fitness
👉🏻Maybe make jokes about you trying to better yourself

All the above is going to make it tough for you to transform your body and make that change💯⁣

You are not then only trying to break your own bad habits, and change your lifestyle. But trying not to listen & let all these external factors sabotage you too🥺⁣

So if you want to make a permanent change and be successful with your goals you need to surround yourself with like minded people💪🏻

👉🏻People that love and support you and give you the strength you need to get through those tough days

This is something I’m always telling people.

I know it sounds confusing at first... ⠀

Many people say to me "how is that possible?" My answer to you all is...⠀

Imagine yourself now and your goal body how you LOOK COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. But the weight is the same🤯⠀
⠀
Your ratio (of fat: muscle: water weight) is most likely to be very different now✅⠀
⠀
This is why you can weigh 80kg and appear to be "chubby" or "not lean" and then be EXACT SAME WEIGHT but appear to be more in shape or even shredded! ⠀
⠀
That means YOUR FINAL LOOK ISN'T DETERMINED BY YOUR WEIGHT (unless you're already a lean competitive athlete)! 🔥⠀
⠀
So don't get depressed and fall off the track in your journey when you lose 2, 5, or 10kg but feel like you will never get that "hard six-pack" or that "super tiny waist".⠀
⠀
You need to realize that you could still be leaner than you are... IT'S TIME! ⏳⠀
⠀
Nothing builds a quality physique like time! Don't beat yourself up about your progress!⠀

Understand that by doing something every day to ensure you get to the finish line is ALL YOU NEED TO FOCUS ON

There is too many out there who want a quick fix, lose weight fast, and aren’t patient enough to allow it all to fall into place⁣
⁣
So what happens.. they push themselves too far… over training, under eating and just end up slowing their progress and damaging their bodies in the long run⁣
⁣⁣
𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐏 𝐂𝐔𝐓𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐂𝐎𝐑𝐍𝐄𝐑𝐒. It’s not worth it, and it just delays your progress. Take the time to build the foundation and properly progress yourself starting from ground zero and intentionally put in the work and be consistent.⁣
⁣
Make sure you’re not just going through the motions and you’re doing it properly… Consistently, push your body, challenge your mind, fuel your body, prioritize recovery and watch how your body changes but also notice how you’ll be enjoying the process. ⁣
⁣⁣
It’s a long game, it’s not for instant satisfaction. But after you commit to bettering yourself, the growth can last a lifetime. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Show yourself some love!! Don’t overwork yourself trying to look a certain way for the short term. Focus on bettering yourself as a whole and every time you walk into the gym come out better than you came in. 𝐌𝐚𝐱𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟👏🏻⁣

3 tips for keeping the motivation going.

Are you finding up your one of the following?

👉🏻Your not reaching your goals
👉🏻Not feeling like training

I’m here to help with 3 tips to keep that motivation going

1️⃣ you need to have a goal to train for otherwise your never get started

- If you have a goal your have the hunger to and to train and eat healthy
- Your also be pushing yourself in the gym every workout
- Another thing that can be stopping you is that your goal is to far away
- Sometimes you might have that goal but it’s just to far away and you lose interest
- So you need to have a sort term goals leading up to the long term goal
- How does that make a difference i hear you saying
- Well the reason is you need to have a close goal to keep you interested each time you achieve a goal you get the buzz

2️⃣ track you’re food intake

- When you track your food it keeps you always thinking about your goals
- It also makes you realise your eating and see how much your eating
- There is a study that shows 75% of people that do food dairy’s lose weight
- This is due to thinking if I eat that bad food I have to write it down with then stops you wanting to have it
- Also having a friend or trainer looking at the food your eating will also have you not wanting bad food and staying on your calories

3️⃣ following a training and Nutition plan

- rocking up to the gym with no plan your going to fine your not as motivated
- With no plan you will find yourself daydreaming in the gym
- Not pushing yourself to your limits
- Also if your not training right you won’t be getting the results
- The way training program help is making sure you have to train
- Knowing if you don’t do a day need to do it another day.
- Know what your going to do that day massively helps as you know what’s in store for the day
