When Zoe first came to me she had always struggled to lose fat and achieve the body she wantedโฃ.
โฃโฃ
She was doing classes but knew the sessions were not tailored for her and she needed that.
She also would over restrict herself and then find she would end up bingeing on the very thing she was restricting herself of.โฃ

She would always compare herself and her results to other peoples.
She had just booked her dream wedding and now the body she dreamed of for the big day.

So she came to me and also with her husband, James and we got down to business.

She knew it was time to change things when she came back from her friends wedding and hated how she looked in some of the photos๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ
The #1 thing was her her double chin and arms. She needed to change now.
She had a lot of common things that so many people allow them stop them achieving their goals๐คโฃ
The things holding her back was
- Eating habits
- Not knowing what to do in the gym
- Having someone in there corner
- Having the right mindset

Why should you track your food?๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ
๐๐ปFind you just donโt think about what your eating and end up putting on weight?
And think why have I put weight on when Iโm eating healthy?๐ก
End up over eating and regretting what you add though the day and sick and bloated at night??
๐ So you Start tracking for a few days then give up because your too busy??
just playing the guessing game thinking your eating the right things๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ
Do you know how much is in food??
๐๐ปStudies 70% of people that track food lose weight.โ
๐๐ปBy tracking your food you can see what your eating and how much more you can have๐
๐๐ปIf you want to have something and you have used your calories up you know know canโt have it
Where if you wasnโt tracking you would if had it and been over your daily amount and putting weight on๐
๐๐ปyou have more chance of not having junk food because you know you have to write it down so you end up not having it.
This is a great tool to stop you having the food donโt need.
Which will help you shift that weight been meaning to burn off๐ฅ
When ever I track my food I always strip off the FAT and WEIGHT.
Feeling happy and more positive because you can now see results from tracking food
On my advice you would suggest using MyFitnessPal.
In my opinion the best app out there by far and FREE so download it and start tracking your food.

Your ratio (of fat: muscle: water weight) is most likely to be very different nowโ

This is why you can weigh 80kg and appear to be "chubby" or "not lean" and then be EXACT SAME WEIGHT but appear to be more in shape or even shredded! โ

That means YOUR FINAL LOOK ISN'T DETERMINED BY YOUR WEIGHT (unless you're already a lean competitive athlete)! ๐ฅโ

So don't get depressed and fall off the track in your journey when you lose 2, 5, or 10kg but feel like you will never get that "hard six-pack" or that "super tiny waist".โ

1๏ธโฃ you need to have a goal to train for otherwise your never get started
- If you have a goal your have the hunger to and to train and eat healthy
- Your also be pushing yourself in the gym every workout
- Another thing that can be stopping you is that your goal is to far away
- Sometimes you might have that goal but itโs just to far away and you lose interest
- So you need to have a sort term goals leading up to the long term goal
- How does that make a difference i hear you saying
- Well the reason is you need to have a close goal to keep you interested each time you achieve a goal you get the buzz
2๏ธโฃ track youโre food intake
- When you track your food it keeps you always thinking about your goals
- It also makes you realise your eating and see how much your eating
- There is a study that shows 75% of people that do food dairyโs lose weight
- This is due to thinking if I eat that bad food I have to write it down with then stops you wanting to have it
- Also having a friend or trainer looking at the food your eating will also have you not wanting bad food and staying on your calories
3๏ธโฃ following a training and Nutition plan
- rocking up to the gym with no plan your going to fine your not as motivated
- With no plan you will find yourself daydreaming in the gym
- Not pushing yourself to your limits
- Also if your not training right you wonโt be getting the results
- The way training program help is making sure you have to train
- Knowing if you donโt do a day need to do it another day.
- Know what your going to do that day massively helps as you know whatโs in store for the day
