So was Louise…

When Louise first came to me, she didn’t feel great about herself. 😔

She hated how she looked in photos, she wouldn't snap a photo of her in a a pair of shorts.

She only felt comfortable if she was covered up, not ideal going into summer.

The biggest issue though?

She was incredibly hard on herself.

If she couldn’t do everything perfectly, she’d just end up doing nothing at all. 🚫

So working together, we focused on:

✔️ Doing what she could consistently

✔️ Letting go of the “all or nothing” mindset

✔️ Prioritising what mattered most around her busy schedule

Now she’s at the point where she can go to the beach, wear a bikini, and actually feel comfortable in her own skin. 👙

She’s no longer worried about her photo being taken from the “wrong” angle.

And most importantly, she feels happier, healthier, and more confident in herself.

Stop socials from ruining your progress this Bank Holiday weekend 🎉

If you’ve got plans coming up, this is for you.

A lot of my clients struggle with staying on track when social events come up and it usually isn’t the event that throws them off, it’s the lack of a plan beforehand.

Here are 5 simple things that actually help:

1️⃣ Look at the menu ahead of time 📜

If you’re eating out, have a quick look before you go.

You don’t need to overthink it, just decide roughly what you’re going to have so you’re not making decisions in the moment when you’re starving.

2️⃣ Pre-track your drinks 🍹

If alcohol is involved, roughly plan how many you’ll have.

If you track your food, log it before you go so you stay in control without guessing later.

3️⃣ Have a small snack before you go 🥪

Something light like a protein bar, toast, or a rice cake (around 200 kcal or less).

You’re not trying to “save calories” here, just turning the hunger down so you don’t arrive starving.

4️⃣ Calorie cycling 🔄

You can shift calories around your week to fit social plans.

For example, if your average target is 1500 kcal, you might go slightly lower earlier in the week and allow more on the day of the event.

If you don’t track, just be a bit lighter with meals/snacks earlier in the day or week so you’ve got more flexibility later.

5️⃣ Save calories for the event 🕒

Don’t go into the day “business as usual”.

Keep things lighter earlier on if needed so you can actually enjoy the event without feeling like you’ve blown everything.

The goal isn’t to avoid social events, it’s to stop them derailing your progress.

Especially with Bank Holiday weekend coming up, this is where most people slip without even realising it.

If you’ve been trying to do it all on your own for years… maybe this will help. 🤔

Listen, I completely understand why people try to go it alone.

You take pride in handling things yourself.

Which is awesome 💪 power to you, I’m exactly the same.

But when you’re juggling work, relationships, kids, stress, and everything else life throws at you…

It becomes very hard to give your health the time and energy it needs.

And eventually you have to ask yourself:

“If doing it alone was going to work… wouldn’t it have worked by now?” 🤷‍♂️That’s not me having a dig either.

Just want you to look at the bigger picture.

Trying to figure everything out alone can feel like digging a hole with a spoon instead of using a shovel. 🥄⛏️

You’re still working hard…

But making life far harder than it needs to be.

From experience, this usually leads to:

❌ Overthinking

❌ Quick fixes

❌ Starting and stopping

❌ More frustration and overwhelm

Meanwhile your confidence and health continue to take a hit.

If you're avoiding mirrors, dreading summer, & just not feeling good in your own skin…

This might help. 😔☀️

When I started my fitness journey, I did what most people do…

Tried to change everything at once.

Tracking calories.

Cutting carbs.

Loads of cardio.

Random workouts.

“Starting fresh” every Monday.

Honestly, it was chaos. 🥴

I was overwhelmed, stuck, and drowning in information. 🌊❓

I’d look at other people and think:

“How do they make this look so easy?”

Meanwhile, I was trying to do 100 things at once… and getting nowhere. 😤

Eventually I realised:

Doing more wasn’t the answer.

So I went back to basics. 👇

✅ Stopped trying to be perfect

✅ Focused on a few things consistently

✅ Built a routine around my life

✅ Improved my nutrition without cutting out everything I enjoyed

And that’s when things finally changed.

Not just physically… mentally too. 🧠

I felt more confident, more energised, and actually started believing in myself again.

Now I help people who feel exactly like I used to:

Overwhelmed.

Stuck.

Fed up of starting over.

And show them getting healthier doesn’t have to take over your life.

Has your confidence ever been knocked by something someone said? 😔

Paloma knows exactly how that feels.

A comment from someone close to her, stuck.

And it hit her body image hard.

Now, comments like that aren’t okay…

But underneath it all, Paloma was already struggling.

She had:

👉 No real control over her diet

Ever look in the mirror and hate what you see? 😔

Neil did.

So much so, he’d avoid mirrors and photos altogether.

When Neil came to me, his confidence was at rock bottom.

Over the years, the weight had slowly crept up…

And with it came:

👉 Poor sleep

👉 Low energy

👉 Struggling to deal with stress

👉 A diet that felt completely out of control

Snacking all day left him drained. 😩

He knew something had to change.

Not just for how he looked… But for his long-term physical and mental health. 🧠💪

He’d tried on his own before. Like most people do.

But nothing stuck.

So this time, he got support.

We didn’t overhaul everything.

No strict meal plans.

No cutting out foods he enjoyed.

Been going to the gym for years… but still not seeing results? 👀

That was Pete.

When we first met 5 months ago, he felt:

Still feeling stuck right now?
