This is the perfect time of year to sow seeds and help us grow plants for our stall at the Summer Fayre on Friday 26th June 🌼

Whether you’ve got a greenhouse, a sunny windowsill, or just a few spare pots, you can make a big difference!

🌸 Easy ideas to grow:
• Bright flowers like marigolds, cosmos, and sunflowers
• Helpful herbs like basil, mint, and chives
• Tasty edibles like lettuce and spring onions

🌿 You can sow seeds now and grow them on over the next few months—ready to donate as healthy, happy plants for the fayre.

Every pot helps us create a colourful, inviting stall and raise more on the day 💛

We’re busy planning our School Summer Fayre and are looking for kind local businesses, families, and friends who might be able to donate raffle prizes.

Raffles are always a highlight of the day and help us raise important funds for the school. We’d be incredibly grateful for any prizes—big or small! Some ideas include:

Thank you for supporting our Mother’s Day wrap.

The children loved choosing special gifts for the important people in their lives as a little way of saying thank you for everything you do.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the mums, nans, aunties, and everyone who has the wonderful job of loving and caring for our little people. 💖

Goodbye to Our Headteacher

Today we pause our busy day,
To thank you in a special way.
For all the care, the time you gave,
The smiles you shared, the paths you paved.

From morning gates to classroom rounds,
Your kindness echoed through the grounds.
Encouraging words, a guiding hand,
You helped our school grow strong and grand.

We’ll miss the cheers at Headteacher Awards,
Where proud smiles stretched from wall to boards.
Those moments when hard work would shine,
And success felt truly yours and mine.

And who could ever quite forget
A treat we all would hope to get—
Hot chocolate with the Head, so sweet,
A cosy chat and warming treat.

Then there was the thrilling lottery day,
When golden chances came our way.
The famous, fun Chocolottery cheer,
With chocolate joy spread far and near.

You’ve led with heart, with wisdom too,
And shaped this school in all you do.
Though new adventures call your name,
Our gratitude will stay the same.

So as you go, please always know
The seeds you’ve planted here will grow.
With thanks, with smiles, and just a tear—
You’ll always be remembered here.

Good luck, farewell, and all the best,
