Oh hey you ✨🪞💋

Since I started teaching I love nothing more than seeing people vibing with themselves in the mirror in class, like “Damn, is that me??!”, HELL YEA it is 😍

Giving people the space to feel free, to explore movement, to feel sexy & sassy 💁🏻‍♀️ and watch their confidence grow….

Life is too short not to love yourself!

Hey 👋 So 2022 has been an absolute whirlwind so far! So many new faces to class…4 sold out Beyoncé masterclasses!!

I thought I’d take this opportunity to have a breather and give you some background to me and why I love what I do…..

💋As many of you know Turn’d Up Fitness ®] is not my day job, I work full-time for an amazing charity
💋 I became a Turn’d Up instructor during lockdown
💋 I’ve never been a fitness nut, but when I found Turn’d Up Fitness ®] I knew it was for me
💋 I’ve always loved dance and as a teen I would dance around my room pretending I was in a music video
💋 I’m passionate about using TUF as a way to feel good and enjoy fitness rather than something to burn calories!
💋 I never dance or exercise to make up for being naughty food wise. For me that’s a slippery slope and I don’t want to associate exercise with punishment or guilt.
💋 When you come to class I want you to feel like the best version of yourself and lose yourself in the moment. Leave your worries at the door as this is a space to be as you are and feel your music video fantasy. 🙌✨
