If you are training at home, a kettle bell is a relatively cheap piece of equipment that is extremely versatile and will give you a full body work out. If you don’t want to pay the full price in the shop, there are lots of Facebook Marketplace 😉

Great 5 mile run with Jane today who is training to get a 59 minute PB 10k this year! She is well on her way as you can see! A tough, hilly and windy 5 miles today close to the pace she needs. Well done Jane 👏

Call it ignorance, call it naivety but I’m not allowed to use The Gym group for my sessions anymore! With that in mind, we’ve just had a great session at Pomphrey Hill in Mangotsfield!
