Huge congrats to all the Mojo athletes who completed their 6 week Swim Challenge today 👊🏼🏊🏼♀️
This is the first time we have delivered this Challenge.
Here's what some of the athletes said about it:
A new pb at 45. Amen to that 🙌🏽
A 2.21 marathon at age 45 for Sinead Diver at this mornings Maratón Valencia . This represents a 3 minute personal best, an Australian National Senior record and a world over 40 record for the Ireland/ Co Mayo born athlete 🇮🇪
Mathea Allansmith, a retired ophthalmologist and resident of Kauai, became the oldest woman to finish a marathon by completing the 2022 Honolulu Marathon. Born May 31, 1930, she surpassed previous record holder, Harriette Thompson, by several months. Mathea 92 years young.

Following the Ultraman World Championships this weekend. You have to qualify to earn your place in this event, which is in Kona, Hawaii, just like the Ironman World champs.
Except this race is over 3 days.
If you look closely at the leaderboard you will see it’s a 10k swim & 90k bike on day 1 😬
180k bike on day 2 😬
And a double marathon on day 3
What you will also see in the results is that Dede is currently sitting in 1st place for the women, only 18 minutes behind the leader OVERALL after day 2.
Dede is 52 years young. I mean 🙌🏽 amen to that!

Another great weekend at Mojo ✌🏽
🏃♀️ Mojo athletes Heather, Helen and myself took part in our first ever night time off road 10k with Channel Events & had a blast ☺️
Helen’s first race back from injury and only won 🥇 her age group 👏🏽!!
I had headtorch malfunction but was saved by fellow Mojos 🥰 Even managed to come in 🥇 female.
☕️ Great coffee & chat with new athlete on Sunday, then a run technique session in the park 🏃♀️ setting us up for a quality winter of training.
🏊♀️ Swim technique session with 8 Mojos went super well. Emma brought cake 🍰 to buy for a Children In Need donation 🙏🏽
🛋️ We are respecting our bodies and time of year right now too. If we need some rest, we are taking it 🙌🏽
