Thank you so much to everyone who came to the group this morning at the Green Dragon. We had a great first meeting, met some lovely new mums, and it was really wonderful to see the babies reacting to the stimulation of the social environment. The first time in many of their lives that they had seen other babies! We also had a visit from our friends, the Paw Buddies! 🐶
Looking forward to next week already 😊

Mums meet Mums!

We’re delighted to announce that the first meeting of the new Brigstock baby and toddler group will take place on Thursday 20th May, from 9.15am in the restaurant of the Green Dragon, Brigstock. The group aims to connect parents and carers of very young (0-3 year old) children in Brigstock, give them a chance to meet and chat, and get involved in simple activities with their babies and toddlers. It is free of charge to attend, but breakfast-type refreshments (bacon sandwiches and others) will be available to buy if you’re peckish 😉.

There is a limit of 15 parents for any group at present, due to the Covid restrictions - so, if you’d like to come, please drop us a message and we’ll get you booked in.

In the event that we have more than 15 interested people, we think that we should prioritise those parents with very young children, aged around 18 months or younger as they’ve had so little opportunity to attend groups like this in their lives so far. But please don’t let that put you off! Once the restrictions are lifted we will, of course, be able to accommodate everyone!
