Plaster female torso

This lifesize male torso was originally sculpted in clay from a life model over several months. Using anatomy, measurement and close observation the piece was carefully modelled before being moulded in polyurethane rubber and cast in concrete. Dyes and stains were used with the concrete mix to create the bronze effect.
