Well, would you look at that... another book ready to publish!

This one has been on my mind for a while, informed by my workshop of the same name and all of the incredible healing and holding I've witnessed during it in the last few years.

Hard conversations are difficult, but they are essential, and we aren't necessarily taught how to have them or how to hold ourselves and others during them.

My hope for this book is to give practical guidance on how to navigate rupture and repair, from an embodied standpoint.

I'm very excited to be heading to ***rspirituk in Devon shortly.

It's absolutely jam-packed with performances, beautiful q***r spaces and workshops, which is where I come in.

Find me in the Exploration Space on Thursday (time tbc), with my 'Navigating Relationship Repair' workshop, talking all about how to navigating conflict and repairing relationships.

I'll also be supporting my wonderful friend with their workshop 'Practical Relationship Repair' on Friday at 3pm in the Exploration Space.
