I'm running a 6 week course - starting Weds 27th October on Next Steps to Creating a More Vibrant Life. It's for 6 women only.

Early bird: £80 / approx $110 ends Saturday 16th October.
Full price: £95 / approx $130 from Sunday 17th October.

The course will provide a space for meeting like minded women, time for reflection, acknowledgement of your gifts and strengths, confidence boosting activities and time for action - so that each week you move forward to creating your vibrant life. It will include:

*A life review (using the Wheel of Life)
*Exploration of what you love to do
*Reflection on what fills your soul
*Visualisation to meet your Future Self 10 years from now
*A focus on your strengths and achievements
*Ways to tackle negative self talk
*Self care techniques
*Focused time to develop a meaningful morning practice
*Goal setting
*Weekly actions to help you to create your vibrant life

Today is Mental Health Day. To keep my well being in balance I love to spend time in nature, meditate and time with friends. This was my happy place yesterday (photo taken earlier in the year). What helps you to stay in balance? Feel free to share photos 💖

How many of our problems are actually ‘problems’? And how many of our problems are actually our thoughts and worries about ‘what if?’

When I look back at my life I see just how much time I spent worrying- about everything! I would get so anxious! When I was 4 I got rushed to hospital in an ambulance with suspected appendicitis- when it was just anxiety knotting up my tummy!

We can get ourselves into such a state about things- it’s human nature, we THINK- we think ALOT! And our thoughts aren’t always helpful!

I’m naturally a worrier, an overthinker, a catastrophiser! My thoughts have stolen so much light and joy from my life!

From my work with Spirit, and being connected to some wonderful high vibrational people, I’ve realised that we are only given what we can handle, we are ALWAYS supported when we ask (by Spirit, angels and human angels), and that we don’t need to worry, we need to trust!
☺️
When we trust our guides and angels to help navigate us through the rough patches, things flow easier. We can move more lightly, with a grateful heart in these times, because even though things may seem dark and overwhelming sometimes, we know help is coming- in whatever form that takes.

From being connected to Spirit, they always have the same message for each and every one of us- ‘you are so loved, supported and guided.’

All we ‘need’ to do is disconnect from our thoughts, and connect to the frequencies of Love- which sounds a bit crazy but it’s simple.

Breathe deeply, relax. You can say ‘I call upon my Highest Self, My Spirit Guides, Angels and all beings of the highest love and light. Please draw close to me now.’ Close your eyes and allow your Spirit team to fill your heart with golden light and love. Visualise yourself becoming a huge column of light connecting to Source energy. Allow it to flow to you. You are a tower of strength and light.

Stay in this light as long as you want, know that you are loved, supported and guided at all times. This is truth. When you’re ready to ‘come back’, simply say ‘thank you’ to your team, or whatever you would like to say in gratitude.
And you can now move through your day stronger, brighter and happier!

The Universe has your back, you’re so very loved!
