What happens when you catch your reflection in the mirror?

I’ve worked with a lot of people that cringe at their reflection or become saddened at how much they have changed over the years.

How much have you changed over the years?
How did this change come about?
Did you try to prevent this change?
Why were you unable to reverse this change?

Feelings are such an important factor in our lives and it often is the primary source to what we do or don’t do, what we can and cannot tolerate.

One of the biggest problem is how we transulate our feelings into the actions that are required. How we feel either makes us shy away or take action.. but far too often it’s far too easy to simply shy away and tell ourselves just to ignore our feelings until it goes away..

Has it gone away? Or does it still linger at the back of your mind- that feeling of disappointment, disapproval and that feeling that you’ve let yourself down!

Changing the mirror or avoiding your reflection won’t change a thing and it won’t make you feel better, but you can take invasive action and change what shows in your reflection and bring about the change you would like to see for yourself.

Exercise is suppose to be a luxury not a chore.

But the fact is most people find it a chore especially after a long day at work or a long day with the kids or both.. trust me I’ve been there too.. but there are ways to make it work for you.. there is a way to perform at work and in your family and still get healthy, fit and strong.
