This isn't just pregnancy yoga. Alongside the movement, breathwork, and deep rest, we have a weekly talk about pregnancy, birth, and life with your new baby. Some talks are with Perinatal yoga teacher and doula, Gabi, and some weeks we have guest speakers like midwives, lactation consultants, and pelvic physios.

Bumps and babies yoga is back as a 6-week course at taught by
Each session will build on the last, easing sore muscles through gentle movement, gradually building strength, and enjoying moments of calm with your baby. You can join once your little one is at least 6 weeks or at any point in pregnancy, and most people come until their baby is on the move. Any parents or caregivers are welcome.
Starting 4th June at the slightly later time of 11:45-12:45
