Two people are doing the same thing in the same place (eg in class, watching a movie, on a bus, or at work) and one is enjoying their life and the other is hating it and suffering. How is this possible at the same time, same place, same activity? Because it is always our minds that decide to put the joy into a situation or not. The situation doesn't create the joy or suffering (as most newbies think) we do. So to enjoy your life you can either go to therapy for years and undo suffering bit by bit or you can take a few moments today to stop thinking, become an empty space of awareness and then bring in the impression of joy. Put the joy into the situation. Put joy into your life. Do it enough and every moment of your life can be enjoyed. The only thing that might stop you is a thought that you don't want to enjoy your life ( yes people have this thought ,usually as they have created an identity around being a victim). Anyway have a joyful day! Well try a joyful moment at least , and see where it takes you x

If your happiness depends on the circumstances around you, then your circumstances control the quality of your life. Your life is a slave to circumstances. You live trapped. You don't have a life When you are connected to what you really are then happiness comes from within you. You control the quality of your life. You are free. You have a life.

To protect the illusory person-piece your mind created a 'personality', that your mind now thinks is you. There is often fear in connecting to the truth because it means leaving this 'personality' behind. There is always this fear underneath the personality, as fear is why your mind created the personality in the first place. Time to leave fear behind and step forward into fearless freedom. It is your deepest purpose to take this step. www.kwyra.com

Your enemies are not your enemies. Your only enemy is the ILLUSION that creates your enemies. It turns a life born in heaven into a life lived in hell.

The world you and your children live in is created by billions of us aiming for our goals. Goals based on our idea of who we are. But what if we're wrong about who we are? We'd build the wrong world. A world of increasing sadness, worrying and anger. The world we have today. Only when we wake up will our goals be true and we create a world that works.

Scientists have found a U-shaped happiness curve not just in many human societies but in great apes too. The two times in our lives when we feel happiest are when we feel closest to the Oneness that is always there. The first is when we are children and only recently lost touch with the Oneness, and the other time is when we are old and recognize the inevitability and closeness of dissolving back into the Oneness. Remind yourself to stop and sense the Oneness regularly by setting a 30 second break into regular routines, in the shower, when you open your front door, when you switch on your computer, and you can be happy your entire life rather than only at the edges.
