Limiting beliefs are sneaky & can be difficult to identify in ourselves

They are often rooted into the subconscious mind, making them a habitual process

❌ 𝘏𝘈𝘉𝘐𝘛𝘜𝘈𝘓 means you’ve done it so many times, the behaviour or thought runs on autopilot…

If we don’t discover our limiting beliefs and challenge them, we will experience self sabotage slowing us down in our journey

💭 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐎𝐅 𝐆𝐄𝐓𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐓𝐎 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐑𝐎𝐎𝐓 💭

Our inner thoughts, beliefs, emotions shape our outer reality…

We first need to identify the surface level limiting belief, and ask ourselves ‘Why would that be a bad thing?’ to reveal the subconscious belief…

An example of this journal exercise:
