From golf days and barn dances to time in Mexico, family adventures, speaking events and everything in between.
A month of working hard, making memories and spending time with some great people along the way.
Looking forward to seeing what next month brings.

Barn Dance š¤ Can you tell I slightly misinterpreted the 80s/90s bangers themeā¦!
What a brilliant evening raising money for a fantastic cause and bringing together an awesome community around , a school that does so much for so many families.
Amazing to see everyone getting involved and supporting it.

Spent the evening at , a brilliant new sports and hospitality concept created by a good mate of mine, Joel.
Mad Swans is all about bringing people together through sport, great food and a bit of healthy competition.
From a 12-hole golf course and padel courts to shuffleboard, darts and brilliant hospitality - itās a seriously impressive setup.
The first site in the Mendips is already up and running, with the South Downs opening soon too.
Always inspiring seeing someone take an idea from concept to reality.

The Phillips household had fever this weekend, with my girls getting involved in the Mini London Marathon.
A very special opportunity for children to cross the iconic finish line and earn their own medal, starting at Horse Guards Parade and finishing on The Mall.
Such a great way to inspire the next generation.

We were recently sent a video pulling together the highlights from across our Worldās Toughest Row cohort - and it brought a lot back.
Strange how something that intense can feel like a lifetime ago⦠when itās only been a few months.
At the time, it felt relentless.
The fatigue, the discomfort, the constant grind.
This photo was taken by my family when Iād just made it back to dry land. Exhausted, overwhelmed⦠and not quite able to take it all in.
But thatās not what sticks.
What you remember are the moments - the people, the camaraderie, the shared purpose, and just how special it was to be part of it all.
Seeing everyone elseās journeys stitched together was a real reminder of how much you donāt see when youāre in it. Youāre so focused on your own role, you miss the bigger picture. Amazing to see it all come together.
Looking back now, itās something I remember with real fondness and gratitude.
An extraordinary experience - made by an incredible group of people.

It was the Worldās Toughest Row awards evening this weekend. and I got all dressed up and headed in to celebrate everyoneās achievements.
Thereās something really special about being in a room full of people whoāve pushed themselves to their absolute limit - people who were rescued from the middle of the Atlantic, people who were injured early on and still kept going anyway. Story after story of perseverance, grit and strength.
Hard not to feel inspired - and it was great to be in a room with people who truly understand what it takes.

Got interviewed for an article on resilience this week⦠it got me thinking deeply about what it actually means.
As a leader, the moments that shaped me most werenāt the ones where I had all the answers. They were the ones where I didnāt - where I had to step into the unknown anyway. The pressure to appear certain is real. But genuine growth lives in the opposite of that.
And when things get hard? The people around you matter more than anything. Thereās something about going through difficulty together that changes a team. That shared experience, that sense of being in it with each other - thatās where real bonds are built.
Looking forward to sharing the full article when itās out!
