Are you raising a bilingual child? Children soak up languages the best when they are between birth and three years old and being bilingual is a great life skill to have. Last week our preschoolers enjoyed exploring insects and bugs! We made an insect habitat in our tuff tray, and rescued other bugs from the sticky slime! The children also created their own butterflies, ladybirds and grasshoppers using different creative techniques. We also used the story 'The Hungry Caterpillar' to start talking about the lifecycle of different insects.

Childcare choices Information targeted at Parents

Our cafe is closed from 1:30pm today for staff training. Last orders will be 1245.

It is with heavy hearts that we inform you of the impending closure of The Nest Family Club on Friday, 29th September. Unfortunately, the continuous financial losses we have experienced make this decision necessary.


Since our opening in August 2020, we have had a fantastic journey and have had the pleasure of meeting incredible families, individuals and class providers.


We would like to express our gratitude to our loyal customers, class providers, suppliers and our exceptional club staff team.

While the club will be closing, please note that our nursery will continue to operate as normal, and our co-working space will remain available for parents and caregivers to utilise. We will send more details on how to book your desk and availability soon. Any existing bookings can be used as normal.


If you have a pass for any classes, and if it expires after 29th September 2023, we will refund any credits you have on a pro-rata basis. To request a refund, please email [email protected].


As part of the transition, some of our fabulous class providers will be working with our nurseries to offer classes during the nursery day. This means if your child is lucky enough to be enrolled at The Nest, they will have the opportunity to experience a variety of fun and educational activities without any additional cost. From Robot Reg to Music with Mike, Pro Tots to Tatty Bumpkin Yoga, there will be something for every child to enjoy. We believe this new schedule of classes will add an extra level of excitement to your child's nursery experience.

While this chapter may be coming to an end, the memories experienced at The Nest Family Club will forever remain in our hearts.

This week we have been busy delving into the magical world of fairies and the Robins have loved enchanting the garden! The Robins have shown a particular interest lately in creating habitats and environments for different beings and even mentioned "this looks like s fairy garden!" When building in a recent activity. 🧚‍♂️

In the mud kitchen we have created fairy food and drinks using natural resources from around the garden. The Robins have experimented with mixing, pouring and crushing to see how these actions affect factors such as the consistency and colour of their mixtures.

We get excellent feedback about these classes. Join Sarah on Wednesdays at The Nest Family Club, or elsewhere across the week! You won’t be disappointed
