🕉️ 療癒修復瑜伽班 Community Restorative Yoga Class 🧘‍♀️

由3月起， Hongkongers in Brighton CIC將與瑜伽導師Jenny舉行療癒修復瑜伽班。利用各種瑜伽輔具支撐身體，透過溫和的姿勢讓身體在無需發力的情況下自然放鬆、進入休息狀態。每節課堂結合了呼吸法、溫和動作、引導冥想及聲音療癒，助你釋放累積的張力與壓力。課程以廣東話授課，適合不同程度及背景人士參加。

Stating from end March, Hongkongers in Brighton CIC, together with Hatha Yoga Certified Instructor Jenny, will be organising monthly restorative yoga classes. Supported by various props, this Restorative Yoga class employs gentle postures that allow the body to soften and rest without effort. The practice is designed to support deep rest and nervous system regulation, making it accessible to people of all levels and backgrounds.

Each session weaves together breathwork, gentle movements, guided meditation and sound, creating a calm and supportive environment for releasing accumulated tension and stress. Classes are guided in Cantonese, offering a culturally familiar and welcoming space for the Hong Kong community.

BNO Visa永居入籍權利居民諮詢會

英國正就新一輪移民制度改革進行諮詢，其中包括對 BNO Visa 的重要改動。這段時間，每位關心自己在英國未來安排的香港人，雖然都對未來非常擔心，但都應清楚了解政策內容，並把自己的意見經公眾諮詢同去信國會議員表達出去。

Hongkonger in Brighton CIC 將於 12 月 13 日 舉辦講座，邀請專家講解這次改革對 BNO Visa 的影響，並分享可考慮的應對方法。
