Have you been training for a few years now and are struggling to see progress? Applying these 5 tips may be able to help!
Try new exercises and training types - if you’re an avid weightlifter, how about doing some flexibility training to help your compound lifts?
Create new splits - tired of push pull legs? How about trying whole body? Or upper/lower?
Edit rep ranges - if you’re training between 8-12 reps, how about focusing on strength, lifting heavier and training up to 8 reps on your compound lifts?
Switch up training days - are you training six days in a row and wondering why by Friday you feel like you can only give 50%? Throw in a rest day during the week to help your muscles and nervous system recover and come back stronger!
Push until failure on your last set - there’s no need to go until failure on every set, you’ll just get injured. Save it for the final set and don’t stop, just keep going until you can’t anymore. Use a spot for safety if needed!
Apply these principles and thank me later!😁
