Tuesdays at 7.15pm.
Thursdays at 7pm

First lesson is free or sign up for 10. If you complete the 10 sessions your annual insurance of £25 is covered.

Members of Pen-y-Bont Aikido Club Bridgend travel to Pembrey for the Shin Gi Tai Summer School.
Running Saturday to Friday, a haed week of training and learning.
Bringing it back to the Bridgend area to share with anyone wishing to learn.
