Our apprentice and graduate programmes are helping us bring in and develop the skills we’ll need for the future, while Take the Lead is helping colleagues build the skills and experience to take their first step into leadership.

Over three years, you’ll rotate through placements and work on projects supporting new housing, hydrogen production and other major developments across Scotland. You’ll then move into a permanent Project Manager role.
