🌟 Inspiring future healthcare professionals at Health Sciences University

Last week, we welcomed Year 12 students from widening participation backgrounds to our Allied Health Professions Work Experience Week.

Over four days, students explored a range of healthcare careers through hands-on experiences in podiatry, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, dietetics and radiography, while experiencing university life and working alongside our academic teams.

The week culminated in a Dragon's Den-style challenge, where teams presented innovative ideas to a panel of academics and senior staff before celebrating their achievements together.

Thank you to our widening participation team, student ambassadors and colleagues who helped make the week such a success, and congratulations to all the students who took part. We look forward to seeing where your journeys take you next. πŸ‘
