It's time to stop being a dick.
Only so many times I can say I'll start Monday. Last Monday. 2 Mondays ago. 3 ...4 ...7 ...

Today I have given my self the final talking to
I have 10 weeks to turn this around... too much hard work has gone into this body and mindset this year to throw it away because of a freak tw**ty accident. So this is my pledge, confession and commitment to this post... don't be s**t vic !!

It's not gonna be pretty, it's not gonna be my best, it's gonna be very hard with one arm down, but .... no more excuses !!! It just needs to be done
