Sports Day 2025!

A huge THANK YOU to all the parents, staff and children who joined us for Sports Day! Your energy and smiles made the day so much fun!

Congratulations to all the children and staff involved in the recent production of Aladdin!

Your incredible talent, dedication, and teamwork brought the story to life in such a magical and memorable way.

We are pleased to invite you to a Coffee Afternoon on Thursday 10th July from 2:30pm to 3:15pm in the school hall.

This informal event is a lovely opportunity for you to meet our new Headteacher, Ms Holly Evans, and to hear about her vision for the school moving forward. It’s also a chance to ask questions, share thoughts, and enjoy a warm or cold drink with other parents and members of staff.

We hope you will be able to join us, and we look forward to welcoming you.

What an atmosphere at Saffron Green Primary School's summer fete today! Hopefully they raised lots of money to help the children to learn and teachers to teach. I am looking forward to going back to speak to the pupils there next week 😎

IMPORTANT PICK UP INFORMATION!

Please note that due to the Summer Fair today, children from Year 3,4 and 5 will be dismissed from the school hall at the end of the day. If you are collecting your child, please meet them outside the hall doors next to the school office entrance.

There are no changes to Early Years and KS1 (Year 1 and 2) - Please collect as normal.

Access to the fair will begin at 3:30pm. Gates will remain locked until this time to allow staff to set up their stalls. We kindly ask that you wait until the gates are opened.

Tickets will be on sale during the fair – don’t miss your chance to win while supporting our school!

The raffle draw will take place at 4.45pm during the Summer Fair. All proceeds go directly to enhancing school resources and activities for the children.

So much to celebrate tomorrow - it’s not only our Summer Fair but also our wonderful Diversity Day!

We are inviting all the children to come to school dressed in a way that expresses themselves - it could be a favourite colour, football team, party outfit!

We look forward to seeing them all shine tomorrow!

Summer Fair Fun!

As in previous years our bouncy slide will arrive nice and early tomorrow to allow each class the opportunity for some extra fun!

We are kindly asking for a £1 donation per child, which will give them a go on the bouncy slide during the school day!
