For many young people, living with OCD, ADHD or another condition can feel isolating, especially when those around them don't understand what they're experiencing.
That's why education matters.
When we create safe spaces to talk openly, we help reduce stigma, build understanding and remind people that they don't have to face things alone.
Sometimes the biggest difference we can make isn't having all the answers – it's simply listening, learning and being there for one another.
Every conversation helps build a more supportive future.

We’re incredibly proud to be supporting Bolton’s own Jack Clare as he continues an amazing journey in MMA.
At just 13 years old, Jack is already representing Team England, having secured a bronze medal at the European Championships. Now, his next challenge is even bigger - the 2026 World Championships in Abu Dhabi.
The focus, discipline and dedication it takes to compete at this level at such a young age is incredible to see.
At Whysup in the Community, we want to champion young people who are working hard, following their passions and setting a positive example for others.
Jack, everyone at Whysup is right behind you.
Good luck in Abu Dhabi. Go smash it! 👊

Nine years ago today, WHYSUP began with one simple belief.
That lived experience has the power to change lives.
What started with two people sharing their recovery story in a local school has grown into a team of passionate facilitators delivering workshops, presentations and training across schools, workplaces, communities and throughout the UK.
Over the past nine years we've had the privilege of reaching hundreds of thousands of people, opening conversations that too often go unspoken and helping people realise they are never alone.
Every workshop, every presentation and every conversation is built on the same purpose:
To inspire hope.
To break stigma.
To show that recovery and positive change are possible.
None of this would have been possible without the schools, businesses, organisations, partners and supporters who have trusted us to share our story and be part of theirs.
Most importantly, thank you to every young person, employee and individual who has listened, asked questions, shared their own experiences and helped make these conversations matter.
Every Whysup facilitator has a story.
For Oly, growing up, he faced challenges with ADHD and OCD, at a time when conversations around mental health and neurodiversity weren't happening in the way they are today.
Now, he's on a mission to be the voice he needed when he was younger.
Since then, Oly has shared his lived experience with more than 100,000 students across schools, workplaces and communities, helping young people realise they aren't alone and encouraging them to speak up sooner.
Oly is also the founder of Lights On XP.
His message is simple:
The earlier we start these conversations, the earlier we can provide support.
That's why every session at Whysup is built on lived experience, authenticity and creating safe spaces where people feel comfortable to talk.
Because one honest conversation can change a life.
The logistics industry keeps the country moving.
But behind every delivery, every warehouse and every journey are people.
People who face pressure, long hours, isolation and challenges that often go unseen.
That's why we created Whysup Logistics.
We're bringing lived experience, practical education and honest conversations into the logistics sector to help businesses better support the wellbeing of their people.
Whether you're a driver, working in a warehouse, planning routes or leading a business, our mission is simple:
To raise awareness.
To reduce stigma.
To create conversations that save lives.
This is just the beginning.
Follow our journey as we work with businesses across the logistics industry to build healthier, more supportive workplaces.

For anyone who needs to see this today 💙
"It's actually okay to talk to others about your struggles."
Those words came from a student after completing our Mental Health & Resilience Programme at Lostock High School in Partnership with The JD Foundation.
That's why we do what we do.
Every Whysup session is designed to create a safe space where young people can hear real stories, ask questions and realise they're not alone.
If just one student leaves feeling more confident to speak up, reach out or support a friend, then those conversations have already made a difference.

Not every sign of addiction is obvious.
Sometimes it starts with small changes.
Someone becomes quieter than usual.
They stop enjoying the things they once loved.
Their mood changes.
They become secretive.
Or they just don't seem like themselves anymore.
Recognising these changes doesn't mean someone is definitely experiencing addiction. But it can be the first step towards starting an important conversation.
We use lived experience to help people understand addiction, reduce stigma and encourage early intervention. Our aim isn't to judge or label people – it's to help individuals, families, schools and workplaces feel more confident recognising when someone might need support.
Take a moment to swipe through these five signs and share this post with someone who might find it helpful.
Because one conversation really can change a life.
"We need to come together as a sector."
That message came from James Wood, Director at Irish Freight Solutions, during our panel discussion at Multimodal 2026.
As conversations around mental health continue to grow across every industry, logistics has an opportunity to move forward together.
Logistics keeps the country moving, but behind every delivery, warehouse and transport operation are people.
Drivers.
Warehouse teams.
Office staff.
Managers.
Business owners.
Supporting wellbeing isn't just about responding when someone is struggling. It's about creating workplaces where conversations happen earlier, people feel supported and looking after each other becomes part of the culture.
Whysup Logistics was created to help make those conversations happen.
A huge thank you to James Wood, Oli Newton and everyone who joined us at Multimodal 2026 for helping start an important discussion.
