Great weekend for Metro at The Manchester Box Cup.First up on Saturday fearless Joey abandoning his trademark buzzsaw all action style, showing us all what a class box fighter he can be with a rapier jab that reminded me of John Contehs susblime left jab. ( For those of us who can remember). Then today Emmanuel again, showing us that when his usual slick silky smooth skills wern't going to be as affective as they should be. Then him being able to bite down on his gum sheild and do what is necassary to get the win.
Big shout out to Metro Community Boxing Gyms long time Sponsers Ideal365 and thanks to John Lynchey for providing Joeys kit.
