Today marks the 45th Anniversary of Good & Tillotson being established by founding Partners Robert Good & John Tillotson.

As a business we will forever be thankful for the strong foundations laid by Bob & John and also the work of the other former Director John Smalley. We also have to give thanks to all current and former employees, and of course our clients over the years.

Here’s to the next 45 years and perhaps time to start planning a celebration for the big 50!

We're excited to share a selection of photos from one of our recent projects for The University of Law; The project consisted of the fit out and refurbishment of vacant CAT A space in Leeds City Centre to create modern, additional teaching and student learning facilities.

It is with sadness that we have to announce the passing of our Founder Partner John Tillotson. John was 83 and passed away peacefully on Friday 24th January 2025.

John set up Good & Tillotson with Robert Good in May 1980 and ran the Practice up until his retirement in July 2001.

John's funeral will be held on Thursday 13th February. 11.30am at White Chapel St James Church.

On behalf of all colleagues and clients our condolences are with John's family and friends. He will of course be fondly remembered.

Happy to have been able to provide Architectural Services in connection with this great new facility at the club. Thanks also to our good friends at Bolton Wanderers Supporters Trust, who have been a driving force on the project.

Bolton Lads & Girls club is finally complete and back open for the children of Bolton to use and enjoy. Proud to have been the Architects on this brilliant project.

As we reach the end of the first month of 2021, we are delighted to formally announce the promotion of our Senior Technologist (Mark Guy) to the role of Associate with the Practice.

Since joining Good & Tillotson in the December of 2016, Mark’s commitment and hard work has been undeniable, and he has helped deliver a number of high quality projects. Mark brings enthusiasm and a fresh outlook to both the projects he is involved in, and the company as a whole.

We are sure that Marks new role and responsibility will help towards to the ongoing success of the business.
