This training has been designed for experienced DSLs who understand the role and all of the procedures required to effectively safeguard all children. Delegates will develop their understanding of a strategic approach to effective safeguarding and how to implement it across a setting or a Trust.

‼️This training meets the requirement in KCSIE that DSLs should undergo training every two years ‘to provide them with the knowledge and skills required to carry out the role’ and is therefore suitable to undertake as DSL Refresher Training.‼️
