Just an update on where we are with our planning application.
As expected, objections were received on parking and traffic following our initial submission. Since that time, we have continued to work with a great team of professionals to undertake very diligent reporting to be able to fully respond to any and all concerns raised through the objections. Our responses spell out a full and factual report of how the expansion of Cherry Lodge will work within the community for any and all points raised on the parking and traffic elements.
Responses were also made to the childcare sufficiency point - or should we say insufficiency - within the ward and how the staffing and occupancy actually work within an early years setting.
We invite the whole community to look at the planning application which is filed under application number 10/26/0243 to be able to gauge a true reflection of the concerns raised, the responses provided and most importantly, factual content from both sides as opposed to a half told story which is being presented on local social media sites.
