You could almost blink and miss it but check out the the latest Network Rail ad for their campaign - that is definitely a Nordic Walker strolling out across the countryside. Good to see this fantastic fitness activity being included.😀

A gem of a walk for a beautiful Spring day in the Manuden area, starting at the bridge near the Yew Tree Inn, walking across wide open fields and farm tracks, with some nice views over Manuden and the Stort Valley. Great to be walking on dry paths for the first time this year! Finished the 4-mile walk with a great coffee at the Yew Tree Inn
