Why I LOVE Stage 2 💛
Because toddlers are busy little people… and that’s exactly how it should be!
Stage 2 is a high-energy, fun-filled class for walking toddlers through to 3 years, where they can move, explore, dance, wander, join in, dip out and come back again.
There’s no expectation for your toddler to sit still for the whole class!
Instead, we use music, movement, signing and play to support their communication and introduce lots of early learning along the way:
Building communication through signing
Introducing phonics
Exploring early numeracy
Learning signs, songs and language around potty training
Singing, dancing, stories and LOTS of fun!
And one of my favourite things is seeing the signs come out into everyday life… like spotting a tree branch on a walk and signing CROCODILE! 🐊
So if you’ve ever thought “My toddler is far too lively for a class like this…” — come and join us!
And if you have a toddler who is on the quieter side, Stage 2 is a beautiful place for them to grow in confidence and find their voice!

Each session we focus on a different aspect of early communication, helping you tune into your baby’s cues, understand their developing communication and build those all-important foundations. 🤍
And of course… there’s plenty of singing, signing, smiles, cuddles and fun!
It’s a lovely opportunity to meet other new parents, enjoy some special time with your baby and create precious memories of this fleeting stage.

Our beautiful Babes class is now open for booking for the June half term
Designed especially for newborns to five months, this gentle and age-appropriate course -created by Speech and Language Experts - helps you understand the foundations of early communication and how to support your baby everyday.
With a strong focus on bonding and building connections, Babes is a really special class for those precious early months.
Classes are on a Tuesday at The Hub Church Bishops Stortford and Wednesday at Thorley Community Centre.
