My sessions range from 2 hours to a full day. I document and record my sessions as required for children within the EYFS age group. I can also drop off and pick up from Tow Law Millennium Primary school. I am Ofsted registered .and a member of the NCMA. This means that I have access to all the latest child minding information which helps me to offer the best care to your child. I have experience in working with people with disabilities and special needs. I have also worked with children with challenging behavior and have been on training courses to support this. I love my job, as it fits in around my family, I hope to provide an experience for parent and child alike, and to make the children feel like my home is an extension of their own home. I have lots of different toys and resources and all of the downstairs space, as well as, a larger than normal rear garden to allow children to explore and play safely, giving them the opportunity to learn with lots of fun activities. Having this large space allows the children the freedom to explore and play in both spaces safely. I am also a member of Sure starts toy library so if I donβt have a particular toy I can borrow it. I operate an inclusion policy which allows all children the freedom to have a safe and friendly environment to play and learn in. I am happy to include any dietary and medical needs into my daily planning. I take to the children to community run playgroups and activities so that the children get the feeling of belonging to a wider community. I provide outings to Parks, Toddler Groups, Hall Hill Farm and any other local attractions that will be of interest and suitability for the ages of children in my care. I have a range of toys, paints, play dough and art+craft materials .We regularly have fun painting pictures and making things for children to take home. Other activities that I provide include baking, walking and reading. I keep a written record of daily activities and record each child's development, which can be viewed by the parent/ guardian at any given time. I aim to provide flexibility to parents with regards to working hours, term time and holidays. My Experience
I have experience in childcare through looking after my own daughter and son. I have also worked in a private day nursery for the last 5 years, working with babies and early years children. Also after school children up to the age of 8. I also have experience of working with children with special needs. I am a bookworm when it comes to learning and when my knowledge means I can pass it onto your child and enhance their knowledge and experience, the work is more worth while. My Qualifications
Level2 award in food safety for catering
I have a food hygiene certificate which allows me to provide your child with wholesome home-cooked meals if requested. Pediatric First Aid
