Dear Parents and Carers
Our Christmas Fair is coming up on Friday 12th December, 3:20–5:30 p.m., and we urgently need your help. We currently have only three volunteers, but to run the fair safely and smoothly we need around 30 people. Without enough support, we may have to close stalls—as happened in the summer—or, in the worst case, consider cancelling the event.
School staff will kindly help as always, but after a full day of school they will need to leave around 4:00 p.m., so extra volunteers are especially important after that time.
If you can spare any time, even a short shift, it would make a huge difference. Older siblings, grandparents, and other family members are also very welcome to help run a stall.

Pre-Loved Toys/books Donations

If you have any toys or books at home that are no longer loved or needed, please consider donating them to the PTA.
Please drop them in the office any of the following days
•Thursday 20th November

•Friday 21st November
We will be running a pre-loved toys/books stall at our Christmas Fair, and your contributions can help make it a great success.
We kindly ask that all donations are in good condition. No loose stitching, no broken or missing parts, and no heavy wear and tear.
Please note that these donation days are not linked to any non-uniform days. Children should come to school in normal school uniform.
We are requesting only one item per family. If we find that we need more, we will let you know next week.

WELCOME DISCO 🕺💃

6th November 2025
KS1: 3.20pm to 4pm
KS2: 4.15pm to 5pm

Tickets are £4.50 per child for both stages.
They include: entrance, popcorn, drink, sweet stick, glow stick and glitter tattoo.

For KS2, there will be a little shop with small toys (£0.50 to £1), so please send them with change, if they wish to buy anything.

It will be a non uniform day, so kids can dress up in their favourite clothes 😍
