Following the recent introduction of an area for the students to play football at social times, it has been great to see how students are actively looking after our beautiful grounds. After social time games, students collect any rubbish and ensure the area is clean and tidy.

We want the students who showcase our CARE Values to be celebrated and rewarded. At the end of the term we did just that by holding our Rewards Assemblies. A real highlight was the contribution of our wonderful musicians. Mr Sassons and the Senior Band opened the assemblies with a fantastic display of their talents that really set the tone for what was to come. The students' talent and hard work make them an asset to the Academy.

Staff have been holding students to account and ensuring that they make the correct decision in school, and this is having a positive impact on the culture, learning and ultimately the potential for success for all members of our community.
