We said a fond farewell to our wonderful Year 6 pupils! We are so proud of everything they have achieved and of the kind, confident young people they have become.

As they begin their new adventures at secondary school, we wish them happiness, success and plenty of exciting opportunities. We hope that they keep believing in themselves, work hard and continue to shine.

We wish them good luck in their new schools and for the future — we will miss them all!

School Report Day - Friday 10th July
Please collect your child's school report from the school hall from 2.45 p.m. onwards.

Year 6 have had an amazing day at Woodlands Outdoor Adventure, learning new skills like Kayaking, Caving, Zip Line and Assault course. They have learnt team working skills and have been incredibly brave. We hope these skills will support them in their new secondary schools.

What a fantastic day at Gulliver's Land! Sundridge had a brilliant time making wonderful memories.

🌟 A Huge Thank You to Commando Joe's! 🌟
This week, our children have had a fantastic time taking part in a range of exciting activities led by the team from Commando Joe's, including Quidditch, Frisbee and Gaelic Football.
The coaches did an excellent job of keeping a close eye on the temperature and UV levels throughout the week, ensuring the children stayed safe with regular drink and shade breaks. At the same time, they made sure everyone had lots of fun, stayed active and learned new skills along the way.
A big well done to all of our children for their enthusiasm, teamwork and positive attitude, and another huge thank you to the Commando Joe's team for delivering such an enjoyable and memorable experience.

🎨☀️ Keeping Cool with Creativity! ☀️🎨
Our Year 5 pupils have found a fantastic way to stay cool during the recent hot weather - by creating something truly spectacular together!
Through teamwork, imagination and lots of artistic talent, they have produced an incredible piece of collaborative artwork measuring a staggering 168cm x 238cm! 🤩
The finished masterpiece is absolutely amazing and showcases the creativity, effort and dedication of everyone involved. We are so proud of what they have achieved together – proving that great things happen when we work as a team.
Well done to all of our young artists for creating something so impressive and memorable. We think it looks incredible! 🌟👏

We are incredibly proud to celebrate 7 of our talented Year 4 pupils, who are now officially published poets! 📚✨
After entering a national poetry writing competition, their wonderful poems have been selected for publication in the book I Have A Dream 2026 – Sparks of Wonder. What an amazing achievement!
Their creativity, imagination and dedication to their writing have truly shone through, and we couldn't be prouder of their success. To have their work published at such a young age is something very special and a memory they will cherish for years to come.
Congratulations to all seven poets – you have represented our school brilliantly and inspired us all with your words. 🌟✍️

School is open despite the red weather alert. Measures are in place to keep children cool, safe and comfortable throughout the day. Our lovely cloakrooms provide additional shelter from the sun, helping to keep classrooms cooler and the children are continuing to enjoy their learning activities.

🌟 Sports Day 2026 – What a Fantastic Day! 🌟
A huge well done to all of our amazing children who took part in Sports Day today! From the first race to the final event, every child showed determination, enthusiasm, resilience and outstanding team spirit. We are incredibly proud of the way they encouraged one another, celebrated each other's successes and gave every activity their very best effort.
Thank you to all of the family members who came along to support and cheer on the children. Your encouragement helped make the day extra special and created such a wonderful atmosphere.
A huge thank you also goes to our dedicated staff team for organising the event and enthusiastically joining in with the activities. Days like these simply wouldn't be possible without their hard work, energy and commitment.
Special thanks to our parent governor for taking on the important role of scorer throughout the day – we really appreciate your support.
And finally, congratulations to Yellow House for being our overall Sports Day champions! 🏆💛 What a fantastic achievement.
While Yellow House may have lifted the trophy, we firmly believe that every one of our children is a winner. Their effort, sportsmanship, teamwork and positive attitude made us all proud today.
