It’s Sunday, the sun is shining, and honestly… I wasn’t feeling my best today ☀️

I nearly didn’t film this, but after teaching, the music, the dancing and that beautiful sunshine had completely lifted my mood. That’s the magic of Zumba 💃🏻✨

So I filmed it anyway. No perfect outfit, no perfect hair, no perfect day, just a beautiful Sunday, some sunshine and something that makes me feel good 🙌🏽

To my fellow instructors: don’t wait until you feel your best to dance. Dance because you want to feel better 🫶🏽
