Wishing you all a Happy Easter from the WAT Talent Institute

On Thursday 19th March, we were incredibly proud to welcome Amrit Singh from the National Institute of Teaching (NIoT) and Kyle Bailey from the South Birmingham Teaching School Hub to Windsor Academy Trust.

Working together as a proud NIoT associate college, our shared goal is to provide world-class training and support for our staff so they can continue to unlock the academic and personal potential of every child.

Expertly led by Leyla Palmer, Windsor Academy Trust's Head of Professional Learning and Talent, the inspiring visit featured a comprehensive strategy overview from our CEO, Dawn Haywood. This was followed by insightful details on our 'Turbo Booster 3: Society', shared by Claire Gething, Director of Communications, Community and HR.

We also enjoyed dynamic discussions on expanding our educational research led by Kirsty Tinsley, Windsor Academy Trust's Head of Research. The day rounded off with a fantastic Initial Teacher Training session hosted by Nathalie Gotting, Windsor Academy Trust's ITT Lead, which showcased the high-quality professional learning taking place across our family of schools.
