We are taking applications for children to join our Nursery in September 2026 and beyond. We would welcome applications for children to join us from the term after their 3rd birthday.
Children can start:
September 2026 if born before 1st September 2023
January 2027 if born before 31st December 2023
April 2027 if born before 31st March 2024

We offer 15 hours free childcare for all children (Morning sessions 8.45am – 11.45am) and 30 hours childcare (8.45am – 2.45pm) for children eligible for 30 hours free childcare or at a subsidised charge per session.

We offer:
👍Free breakfast club for all children from 8am
👍Teacher led
👍Regular Forest School sessions in our extensive Forest School area
👍Large outdoor play area
👍Smooth transition into Reception class

🥕🌱 Our Forest School Vegetables! 🌱🥕

Over the last few months, our Nursery and Reception children have been putting their green fingers to work by growing their very own vegetables! 🌼🪴

Today, a group of children carefully harvested the vegetables they have worked so hard to grow. 🥕🥬🍅

We can’t wait for our amazing school cook to turn them into something delicious for everyone to taste! 👩‍🍳🍽️

A huge well done to all of our little gardeners—you should be so proud of yourselves! 🌟👏

☀️🌈 Today was all about summer fun at Buttercups Go Wild! 🌼💛

We had the BEST time enjoying our hot and sunny themed activities, with lots of smiles, laughter, exploring and messy fun! 🫧🎨💦🍦

A huge THANK YOU to both of our Miss Halls for putting together another fantastic Buttercups session! 💚🌿 Your creativity and hard work make every session so special. 🌟

We can’t wait to see you all again next time! 🥰🌼

🎉 Today we had the fantastic opportunity to take some of our children to Kingshurst Library and the park to join in the celebrations for 70 years of Kingshurst! 🥳💚

A huge thank you to Solihull Community Housing for hosting such a wonderful community event and inviting our school to be part of the celebrations. 💙🏡

Our children had an amazing time:
🎧 Learning DJ skills with KBCMedia
🎨 Getting creative with arts and crafts
📚 Discovering fun facts about Kingshurst
🧶 Trying a new skill by learning to crochet
🌱 Planting and helping make the community even greener!

Join us tomorrow after school once you’ve picked up your child and come along to the local park for some free activities ! 🎉🍃

💃🌟 We are also excited to share that some of our pupils will be performing a dance they have been learning as part of our Flourishing Futures programme and some of our children will be showcasing their Graffiti art they have made.👏

Come and celebrate 70 years of Kingshurst. Activities to take part in. Remember to bring a picnic.
