St. Peter’s Catholic School is an 11-18 secondary school situated in Solihull.

St Peter's has experienced a serious flood. Many classrooms, our Hall, canteen and food facilities are not safe to use. St Peter's will be closed today. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Calling all Sports teams/Clubs, Dance groups, Martial Arts groups, Drama/Stage Schools, Educational groups. We are delighed to announce that we will be re-opening facilities very shortly for the local community to hire. This will include our Sports Hall, Gymnasium, Drama Room, Dance Studio, Football Pitches, Classrooms and Main School Hall.

For Health and Safety reasons and poor travel conditions St Peter’s will be closed to staff and pupils today. Online learning will be set, please check the portal


Due to the current and forecasted weather conditions we have made the decision to allow pupils to leave at 1.20pm, this will enable safe travel home.


School will be open as normal today, where it is safe for pupils to travel. Please take care on your way to school! Unfortunately due to weather conditions, we have had to cancel Year 10 Parents’ Evening, further information will be shared.


The weather forecast is for continued snow throughout the night and into the morning, please check travel arrangements before setting off. Be safe!

Today, the St Peter’s Catholic School Community gathered together in prayer to celebrate the Solemnity of All Saints. We were honoured to welcome Bishop David Evans to celebrate with us this morning. In his sermon he asked the children, ‘what is it that God is calling you to be?’

Thank you also to Father Austin from Olton Friary and Father Andrew for celebrating mass with us this afternoon. They are always so generous with their time in supporting the Catholic Life of our School.


Fantastic to welcome back former pupil, Villa legend, Man City player and England International Jack Grealish to St Peter’s today! Thank you you have been brilliant!
