My opinion?

I have seen schools where children can ignore instructions from staff with little or no consequence. It is only a matter of time before their staff leave, they fail their inspection, etc.

The only thing that keeps both students and staff safe is a firm behaviour policy.

Highly recommend to all educators.

It is worth knowing more about how ADHD is diagnosed and how the idea of trauma has evolved significantly over the past decade or so and the impact this has had.
