💙 Men’s Health Week | 8th–14th June 💙

Men’s health matters — and that includes mental health too.

This week is a reminder that it’s okay to talk, ask for support, and take steps towards improving your wellbeing. Whether it’s stress, anxiety, confidence, work, isolation, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you don’t have to face it alone.

At Ways for Wellbeing, our NHS-accredited coaches offer supportive 1-to-1 coaching to help with everything from getting active and building confidence to finding employment, improving wellbeing, or just having someone to talk to.

Sometimes, one conversation can be the first step towards positive change 💛

Could you donate a small amount to help towards the cost of the festival's accessibility and inclusive features?

📊 We are seeking match funding for Birmingham's only disability‑led, volunteer‑run, free festival, created to celebrate disabled people, culture and community pride during Disability Pride Month.

💰 The full cost of the festival accessibility and inclusive features is over £18,295. We need more donations to help us achieve our target.
Thank you 💜

On Volunteers' Week we want to say how grateful we are to our volunteers 🤝🌟🎉.

They've loyally supported the festival for 3 years - right from the start 🙏.

And at Ways for Wellbeing UK CIC (the festival's main partner), volunteers help deliver a range of activities in the community throughout the year including:
✅ Health & Wellbeing Coaching 🌱☀️
✅ Digital Coaching 🎓💻

Earlier this week Nabila Gardner, founder of Ways for Wellbeing, took part in Solihull Council's volunteering event to promote new volunteering opportunities at Ways for Wellbeing 👐.

A new volunteering role for you might be closer than you think 💡
