An Envision group that aims to raise awareness about health and the importance of physical activity. There is an ever growing issue of childhood obesity.

We aim to promote and encourage a healthy active lifestyle in young children, aged 8-10. We will achieve this via a 2 hour workshop in a primary school, in the local neighbourhood area of Birmingham (for example: Yardley Primary School, Lozells Primary School). The workshop will include 3 physical activities, and a lesson of the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. Overall we will promote a healthy active lifestyle, through the use or workshops and hand-out leaflets.
