Morning Everyone,
We wanted to reach out and say not the start to the new year we where hoping for but
unfortunately both myself and Maurice are still not able/recovered enough to teach cardio based classes at Cotteridge Quaker Meeting House, Abbey Stadium Sports Centre & Stirchley Baths so therefore all classes have been cancelled until next Monday and work till Wednesday 🤞
We have informed all appropriate staff members of each venue we need to of the cancellations.All online systems will be updated by venue staff asap today.
The nasty bug and bad chest thats going around that we have been ill with,over a week before before Christmas just keeps knocking us off our feet.
Don't seem to be able but for a couple of days to get a break from it ☹️🤢
We wouldn't want to pass anything on as that wouldn't be fair or professional of us to do so.
you are poorly with it too please look after yourselves as we know a lot of you are or have been and we will see you soon.
Sending our sincere apoligies and to all our class members at all our venues.

Good Afternoon Everyone
Unfortunately both of us are not feeling any better so sadly we have to cancel tomorrows class/ party.We have cancelled our whole week of class celebrations,work and not going to our friend's social on Friday which we have done for years so we can get better to spend Christmas with our families.
We are both absolutely gutted and was looking forward dancing at our christmas party 😥🤢
Please look after yourselves and thankyou so much for all your get well messages 🙏❤️xx

What a fun filled day had by all at classes today 😀❤️🎶🎉💃
Maurice did a fab class keeping you all rocking,smiling and singing with an awesome playlist at Cotteridge Quaker Meeting House.
So proud of Annette,Sharon,Helen and Kelly for dancing up front you all did amazing ⭐️👏
We then partied with the Abbey Stadium Sports Centre Zumba Gold Ladies who all did amazing too with their singing,smiles and rocking the playlist again with Annette,JJ & Lucy coming out rocking the front row with us & on their own⭐️💃👏 wow what a wonderful day.

Dates for your diaries for class closures and reopening below:
Cotteridge Quaker Meeting House last class will be Monday 4th August.
Reopens on Monday 8th September
Stirchley Baths class is now closed until Thursday 11th September.
This includes 2 family holidays and a Bank Holiday Monday.
Thankyou all so much for your support,laughter, energy and for just being awesome each and every class.
Enjoy your break,have fun abd we will see you back with a brand new play list in September
