Catch Our Artwork at the Singapore Grand Prix! 🏎️

We’re thrilled to share that our latest artwork will be featured on the sides of refuse lorries during the Singapore Grand Prix this September! 🎨🚛

In collaboration with Terberg Zenith and their client Chye Thiam Maintenance: Environmental Services Singapore, we’ve crafted something truly special—designs that engage the community and turn everyday vehicles into moving pieces of art.

Our goal is to create visuals that both the public and kids will love to spot on the streets. It’s all about bringing a little extra joy to the city and encouraging everyone to get involved. Perfect for some fun social media engagement—who can spot our lorries first? 👀

Keep an eye out for these colorful creations at the Singapore Grand Prix. We’re proud to be part of an initiative that blends art and environmental awareness in such a unique way!

EE tells parents not to give smartphones to primary-age children 26/08/2024

EE's advice to delay giving smartphones to kids under 11 sounds sensible, but it misses a critical point—children will find ways to access social media through shared or borrowed devices. Simply holding off on smartphones isn't enough.

The key to keeping kids safe online is engaging parents. Schools can teach digital safety, but without reinforcement at home, it often falls short. That's why initiatives like Safety Net focus on empowering both parents and practitioners, creating a supportive environment where kids can learn to navigate the online world responsibly.

For real impact, we need a holistic approach that includes both education and active parental involvement—supported by the necessary resources.

Year 7 Transition Parents. Safety Net is a vital tool in helping to keep children safe online, as we adapt to living and working in unusual circumstances in response to COVID 19.
As children make the transition from Primary to Secondary school, they increasingly become aware of and exposed to a wide range of social media. Inevitably, technology will play an important role in their life and negative influences can heighten vulnerability to exploitation. Whilst nine out of ten parents worry about what their children are doing online, few are aware of the hidden dangers or what to do in keeping a child safe online.
Using a blended learning approach, live parental webinars, remote learning and family resources, Safety Net supports Secondary schools to effectively prepare Year 7 parents to become the first line of defence. Parents will learn techniques on how to keep children safe in the online and physical world when using the internet, social media and gaming.
If you would like to discuss Safety Net Year 7 Transition for your school, please make contact.
