LOUD is a social empowerment programme, which presents a unique opportunity for the business, public and voluntary sectors, together with all sections of the community to unite in order to redress some of the in balances within society. Inspired by the vision of the church becoming the loudest voice in the community, LOUD aspires to engage people from all walks of life, encouraging integration acr
oss sections of society that are not always presented with the platform to work together. By activating change in the local community through business, education, employment, politics and social commitment, LOUD seeks to host a series of events throughout the year, culminating in an annual gathering of representations from all areas of the community joining together to mark achievements and celebrate unity. LOUD has been designed to transcend cross denominational boundaries that can sometimes act as a barrier to an overall Kingdom perspective. In the Great Commission of Matthew 28:19-20 and Isaiah 9:6-7 which is the focus scripture for LOUD, we see that Jesus came with a mandate and left us with instruction to make a lasting difference in the World. We hope that LOUD will help the church to contribute to a universal advocacy for real change beginning in our local community but extending out to the World!
