This year, I realised that love a French Set a little more than before 😅. What has been your key learning for this year? Seriously though, this year has been one of FOCUS.

Here's mine:

- Focussing on things that bring joy
- Focus on creating memorable moments
- Focussing on positive mindset & mental health

All in all, it's been an amazing of reflection & reset 🙌🏾.

Believe me, this really happens! Not with me of course, but when there is a breakdown in communication between what is asked for & what is given, it can be such a disappointing experience 🙅🏾‍♀️.

When doing your clients' nails, every stage should be 'checked' by you, to make sure they're happy before they leave. By working together during the process, you avoid the situation that they're unhappy or get something different = smiles all round 😊.
