🙏 Yesterday, we were delighted to welcome Father Craig who lead a lovely Reception welcome liturgy.

The children, and their parents, enjoyed learning all about the four churches within our parish and taking part in this special celebration together. It was a wonderful opportunity to come together as a school community and begin the Reception journey with faith, joy and reflection. ✨

Thank you, Father Craig, for such a meaningful and memorable liturgy.

It was lovely to welcome students from Year Five at St. Joseph's Catholic Primary School to Mass today.

Our young people read beautifully and helped us to listen prayerfully to God’s Word.

In today’s Gospel (Luke 8:19–21), Jesus reminds us that being part of his family means more than simply hearing God’s Word, we are called to put it into practice.

So we thought about three simple things: we belong to Jesus’ family, we listen to God’s Word, and then we live it!

Our challenge is simple: this week, be extra kind to someone, help somebody who needs you, forgive someone, or have the courage to say sorry.

That’s how we become known as Jesus’ brothers and sisters!
