This activity is a sensory and exploratory play setup for our babies. We provided our children with natural items such as (oats, cinnamon sticks, fruit, leaves) alongside real utensils and bowls, encouraging them to explore textures, smells, and tastes through hands-on play.

Today, our babies have been creating their own interpretations of a tea light holder, for the harvest festivities. They used a variety of loose parts such as conkers, pinecones, sticks and leaves to support their fine motor skills.

Today our babies explored their creativity through an exciting ice cream–themed loose parts activity. A variety of colourful materials such as pom-poms, paper cones, and buttons were set out to represent scoops, sprinkles, and toppings.
