Coach Mo has got our new Team Captain bibs ready for next week, who will have the honour of being the first Team Captains for each class?

Unfortunately due to the weather and lack of staff school will be closed today. Apologies for the inconvenience. I will ask staff to put some home learning on ClassDojo and they’d love to see some pictures of the children playing in the snow.

Another fun filled World Book Day, sharing our favourite stories and our love of reading for pleasure. The teachers moved around school to different classes as visiting storytellers, some children had a go at illustrating characters and there were so many fabulous character costumes modelled by children and grown-ups!

Only on World Book Day will you walk past Buzz Lightyear busy working away next to a beautiful butterfly!

Industrial Action

Dear parents/ carers

You will be aware that members of the NEU Teachers' trades union are on strike tomorrow.

I would like to confirm that the whole of Cottesbrooke Infant & Nursery School will be OPEN tomorrow with all the usual staff present.

Please bring your children to school as normal.
