Went to see with the family last night. A beautiful tale of discovery, courage and a whole host of moral virtues. Most fascinating was how the phronesis (practical wisdom) of the key characters developed throughout the story set in a time of rampant homophobia and racism

What a great way to end the summer break… was amazing! So real, so intense and so captivating! Two phenomenally talented actors told such a great story. I implore you to go and see it.

Great Lifeskills session today at centre. Today my girls and I took part in a community session to help engage young people with developing their cooking skills alongside their parents. One of the key aims of the programme is to cultivate healthy meal making in our young people. All produce is grow in the allotment that provides for the community. Next session is on Friday - get involved
